Definitions

• SportconneXions: Company providing online social networking services to fitness and sportclubs and their members. SportconneXions is registered in the Netherlands under 'Kamer van Koophandel' number 53574516.
• Club: A fitness or sportclub that has engaged with SportconneXions to provide social networking services to members of the Club.
• Member: Member of a Club.
• Connect & Play Service: SportconneXions provides clubs an online sport agenda and ladder for squash and tennis. The service makes it easy for members of a club to connect with other members to play sports.
• Sport agenda: Online agenda where members can register their profile on certain days of the week.
• Ladder: Bi-weekly friendly competition for members to play with other members with similar playing level to compete for the highest ranking.
• Site: The website 'www.sportconnexions.com' that is hosted by SportconneXions and used by clubs and members to access the service.

Privacy Policy Our policy is to respect and protect privacy of the Members. SportconneXions stores user information including the name, gender, preferred language, email address, optional phone number, and play level of registered members. All information, except for the email address and optional phone number, is accessible for visitors of the Site. The same information is printed on posters that are displayed at the Club. The email address and optional phone number of a member is shared with:

• The associated Club.
• Another member, but only if the 2 members connect.

Commercial Terms SportconneXions does not charge Members. SportconneXions charges Clubs a service fee to maintain a high level of quality. A trial package is available for clubs to try the service. This trial is only provided once for each club. Payments for the commercial services must be received by SportconneXions within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. No payment, or late payment, results in termination of the service. Clubs may terminate the service at anytime, however no refund is provided. A list of the registered members including their name and email address can be made available to an associated Club within 3 business days after request.

Legal Terms SportconneXions shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Under no circumstances shall SportconneXions have any liability for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages or costs, including, but not limited to, lost of profits or data, or loss of goodwill, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties, arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the Site or its contents. The laws of the Netherlands govern the content and use of the Service.

Terms of Use SportconneXions provides the Service on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the SportconneXions.com Site and its contents. All content contained in the Site is subject to change without notice. SportconneXions reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Site at any time. Such changes to the terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof on the Site.
